At SHOPYSMART, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • With tags and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at shopysmart1@gmail.com or +1 321-347-6729 with your order number and reason for return (within 30 days of delivery).

  2. If eligible, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item within 7 days using the provided label (only for defective/incorrect items). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label.

  • Other returns: You are responsible for return shipping.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty, hygiene)

However, if the item is still in its original, sealed package, we may accept the return. Contact us for clarification

 

Exchanges

To exchange:

  • Return the original item using the steps above

  • Place a new order for the replacement item

This helps you receive your new item faster.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipped to the EU, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is defective

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Your bank/card issuer may take up to 10 additional days

No restocking fees apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We’ll resolve the issue via refund, exchange, or store credit

  • A prepaid return label will be provided if needed
