Return and Refund Policy
At Shopysmart, operated by ALL IN ONE MULTI-SERVICES CENTER LLC (DBA: SHOPYSMART), we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
1. Email shopysmart1@gmail.com or call +1 3213476729 with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
2. If approved, we’ll email you a return authorization and instructions (and a prepaid shipping label for defective or incorrect items).
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving instructions. Items sent without authorization won’t be accepted.
Return Shipping:
- For non-defective returns, you cover return shipping costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on sale items (marked “final sale”), gift cards, custom products (e.g., personalized items), or personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Contact us with questions about specific items.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item per the steps above. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get what you want quickly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, no justification needed. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we provide a prepaid label. Email : shopysmart1@gmail.com to start the process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval via our secure payment processor. Allow up to 10 additional days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. We don’t charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, plus a prepaid return label if needed.
